Both Komfot and its clients agree to treat all shared information, credentials, and project data as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or explicitly approved in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Komfot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Liability, where applicable, is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of all completed work delivered up to the termination date.
